"A really fun game, but oh lord the monetization is insane. We're talking multiple battle passes on top of paid currencies in addition to a rotating selection of limited time bundles going for $20+ each. And if you don't want to pay out your nose, be prepared to watch hundreds of ads just to try to keep up with the pay-to-win players."
"I love this game. I've been playing for a long time. But I'm noticing more and more hackers on the game. There's no way people are putting out units as fast as they are without hacking. I just fought a match where someone deployed Godzilla:Earth (9 energy cost), then INSTANTANEOUSLY put out a Desghidorah (7 energy cost). There's no way that is possible."
"Ever since the newest update came out, I have been unable to play any ranked games. I can use all of the other functions without issue, but I can't play the actual game. Everytime I try to play a ranked match, I get a message saying "The match could not be completed because your opponent canceled the match. Please try matching again." And then it takes me back to the Battle screen. EVERY SINGLE TIME."
"Match Making current terrible, unable to connect 90% of the time. New Zoids battle pieces are extremely OP, able to one shot majority of all pieces. Attack cool-downs are way too short. Strategic Game? Not really, as long as you buy the new battle passes and upgrade the new pieces maybe once or twice, you're basically unstoppable. Veteran players grind for older pieces, almost obsolete 80% of the time now. Just pay money to win 99% of the time. Please fix the power balance immediately."
"Good game, really fun, but balanced and Op monsters continue to be an issue, bit a work in progress. If you want to really get ahead though, you have to pay. Otherwise it's really hard to get the best pieces. Also recently dealing with cheaters has become an issue, it's an exploit of strategy where they use the direct boss attack abilities over and over and leave the rest of the team empty."
