"Once your island gets fairly large the game becomes very unstable and won't save. It crashes without saving when you try to save it. I am about ready to permanently delete the game because it is not fun because of all the crashes. In response to the developers note: They are incorrect. We have a stable strong internet, but when the game crashes (either in mid play or when saving) progress is lost. However, that does not mean I aways get back resources (like fuel or energy)."

"Not for the casual gamer. Need to have better gaming equipment to play this game. It uses a lot of memory. The latest update increases the need for memory, beyond both my tablet and now my phone. I can't play anymore after playing for 3 years. With the 1000s of other games out there, I will find something else to keep me occupied in my free time with my mobile devices. I have no other issues with other games on either my tablet or phone so no need to upgrade those, at this time."
"Gameplay reset me to level 1 , even though I was almost to level 31. It erased all the gems I purchased with real money. My last purchase was just two days ago. Then the game wouldn't allow me back on. I un-installed and reinstalled without cleaning and boom, everything is gone. I have sent a message about the issue with no response. I may have to call my bank for fraud and theft. This is not how you treat people!"
"Love it! Fantastic game, very well developed. Many facets there are to this game. There are everyday tasks and quests, special quests, mutliple mini games with their own daily and special quests. There are in app purchases that will enhance your game. With a game this well developed I will make an in app purchase to support the developers! :) Addendum: I don't mind making some purchases but it is VERY frustrating how long it takes to collect certain items like keys or special tools. PLEASE FIX"
